Basic Membership Fee

The basic membership service entitles you to one year's listing at Intervac International, advice and assistance both in setting up your listing and as required during your period of membership.

Our new site permits you to post up to twenty photographs and unlimited text. In connection with the setting up of your listing we will process and post, if you require, up to three photographs. By "processing" is meant scanning, sizing, enhancing with Adobe Photoshop, converting into a composite photo or other processes that enhance the promotion of your home and your offerings.

New members under the basic membership service are entitled to the benefit of the Holiday Guarantee Programme as set out below.

Holiday Guarantee Programme

So long as you are flexible about your timing and destination of travel, we are confident you will receive a large number of enticing offers and get the chance to meet many home swap partners during your twelve month subscription period. If you do not find a home exchange partner during that time, we will refund your money, without quibble.

The Programme is open to first time subscribers who, sign up and pay for a twelve month subscription (or longer), comply at all times with the Intervac GB terms and conditions and actively use their Intervac subscription to attract home exchange partners. Any person claiming (“Claimant”) must (a) post an accurate profile of their home with a primary photo at intervac.com within fourteen days of the subscription, (b) keep his or her profile active and visible with dates of travel kept up to date at all times, and (c) respond to or initiate email communications with three Intervac members each month through the Intervac service. Claimants that do not find an interested home exchange partner during the twelve month period of subscription must notify us by email up to thirty days before the expiration of the initial twelve month subscription.

The Programme offer expires on the last day of an eligible subscriber's initial twelve month paid subscription. A Claimant will need to send Intervac GB an email with a list of all members emailed over the course of their twelve months membership.The refund will apply only to the membership fee and will not apply to any additional services that may have been bought.
