Fortrose Harbour, Inverness
Large house for up to to eight people overlooking Fortrose Harbour, near Inverness

THe house

Bishop’s Ridge is a large comfortable house built in the grounds of the old bishop’s palace in Fortrose. It is two minutes from centre of Fortrose, which sits on the southern side of the Black Isle peninsula next to the Moray Firth. It is twenty minutes drive from the Highland Capital of Inverness and about thirty minutes from Loch Ness, whose ancient inhabitant, Nessie, you might be able to see if you are prepared to wait a very long time. If not we have a resident colony of bottle nose dolphins in Fortrose, which also attract visitors from all over the world.

The house has plenty of room for a big family with three double bedrooms and two small bedrooms with ensuite facilities. The balcony overlooks Fortrose Harbour and the garden is very large and open. We have lovely neighbours!
